Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and 'Hunger Games' clean up Sunday night.

<P>On Sunday (July 22), teens took over.</P><P>Fox's Teen Choice Awards gave teens all the power, and they had some clear favorites. Justin Bieber — who <a href="/news/articles/1690173/justin-bieber-teen-choice-awards-performance.jhtml">performed his latest single, "As Long as You Love Me,"</a> with Big Sean at the show — took home four surfboards, including Choice Male Artist. Taylor Swift snagged the Choice Female Artist prize and nabbed five awards total.</P><P>On the movies front, "The Hunger Games" dominated, winning Choice Movie Sci-Fi/Fantasy and the top actor and
