Jennifer Aniston has spent the better part of the last 20 years looking great both on and off the screen -- and she's finally getting some formal recognition for it. At next month's fifth annual "Guys Choice" celebration, Spike TV will honor Aniston with a "Decade of Hotness" award.
So what does "decade of hotness" mean, exactly? Spike TV executive vice president Casey Patterson tells People, "Decade of Hotness is Guys Choice's ultimate term of endearment for a woman that we just can't get enough of."
In that cas Aniston will be in good company: Former recipients of the Decade of Hotness awards have been Halle Berry and Charlize Theron.
In that case, perhaps Spike should rename it the "Two Decades of Hotness Award"? After all, Aniston, 42, has been making audiences laugh -- and looking fantastic doing it -- since she first appeared on Friends in 1994. She'll continue that trend with this summer's comedy Horrible Bosses -- in which she may or may not kick off another decade of hotness by going topless on screen for the first time ever.
As if that weren't enough, Aniston's peers can't stop gushing about her. Jen's Horrible Bosses costar Julie Bowen recently raved: "I've met (Jen) a few times before. She's an incredibly nice person. I don't think I've ever heard a bad word said about her, and it's all true." Apparently, the guys at Spike TV feel the same way.
Aniston will be on hand to accept her award when the show airs on June 10 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Spike. No doubt, she will be looking hot.
